We popped in to try the dog wash room/booth. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. The dog wash was really easy to use and great value for money. We'll definitely be back regularly to use it for sure!

Lovely big store with plenty of variety of dog food and toys, we buy the training mats from Jollyes which are fantastic value for money!! The only downside is finding a shop assistant sometimes when I have a query. But I would always recommend this particular store.....oh, all the staff are friendly too! 🙂

Absolutely fantastic service! The staff took care and time to make sure I had the right set up for the ratties I was purchasing and they were going to a good home. The "quality" of the animals was also much better than the other big high street pet shop brand, you could tell the rats have been handled properly prior to being offered to the public and were in perfect health. I couldn't be happier with the 2 additions to our family and the friendly and knowledgeable staff from the Waterlooville store. Thank you very much!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Visited with our new fur baby and was helped with a harness, lead and everything a puppy needs.

Went in to take my puppy for his jab only to be met by a very rude staff member. She had a go at me saying we were to early for the appointment and he couldn't be seen as he is on antibiotics but I told them this on the phone before the appointment. What a wasted trip

Very helpful staff needed worming tablets and flea treatment for a new cat they found me the correct meds for size and weight and didn't try to push the more expensive brands. Also now have a card for 15% off food each month as long as 8 buy in the previous month. Easy parking out side shop.
